Simplicity 3646 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1940's Little Girls one piece dress, coat and hat vintage pattern. This pattern is unprinted.

Sectional hat finished with brim is trimmed with a bow.  Ribbons attach to ends of brim tie at left side.  Short raglan sleeves and top of dress are shirred.  Blanket stitch trims collar.  Elastic through casing in sleeves to regulate fullness.  Coat has faced fronts, a collar and long one piece sleeves.
