Original Item: One-of-a-kind. This very nice class A tunic is named to William Oswald army serial number 35313559 who enlisted on July 10th,1942 in Cleveland Ohio. He was a grade 4 sergeant as reflected by the chevrons found on both sleeves of the jacket. The jacket features a wonder early war Tank Battalion patch on the left shoulder. Early war tank battalion patches were bare Armored Corps patches, with no unit markings at all. Also included are the following five ribbon bars: Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Good Conduct, American Defense Service, European-African_middle Eastern Campaign with 4 stars. This is a very nice named early war tanker jacket offered in very good condition. Approximate size 38.
