FELCO, born in New York, USA, collaborated with Health Knit, a long-established American cut and sewn manufacturer.

The T-shirts are made with fabrics and designs planned by FELCO and produced at the Healthknit factory using traditional manufacturing methods.

FELCO
The company was born in New York City in the late 1930s to produce clothing for athletes. FELCO offers athletic wear and dilly wear with an unchanging quality and a sense of stability that never grows old.








Rough look and dry touch
The fabric is an original jersey made of American cotton open-end yarn. It is a slightly thicker medium weight with an optimal thickness that conforms to the skin when worn.

Open-end yarn (open-end spinning), which is twisted by airflow to make yarn in the same way as cotton candy, has a unique rough, rough surface texture and a crisp feel to the skin.



The elasticity and firmness of the material are highly resistant to repeated wear and washing, ensuring long-lasting use. The product wash finish means that there is almost no shrinkage.

The fabric is treated with silver ions (AG ) to give it an antibacterial and deodorant function. In addition, a sweat-absorbing quick-drying function is also added. While the classic look of 100% cotton, it also has outstanding practical functionality.






Skin-friendly "flat seams"
Sewn with "flat seams" (4-needle sewing) using a special sewing machine. Flat seams take more time and are less productive than the 2-needle or 3-needle sewing specifications of regular knit cut-and-sew garments, but they are characterized by the flatness of the seams.

Seam marks are less likely to stick to bare skin, resulting in a soft and comfortable piece that is stress-free.








Traditional design with a FELCO touch
